Return & Refund Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products cannot be returned once opened or used. Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. If the product is faulty upon arrival, we will provide a replacement or refund. Change of mind returns are not accepted.
