All personalized items are created exactly as details are provided by the customer. Before placing your order, please double-check:
Spelling, punctuation, and capital letters,
Layout and arrangement of names or text.
We are unable to:
Correct spelling or grammar mistakes submitted in your order,
Retouch, enhance, or edit photos provided.
Return & Refund Policy
No returns or refunds for change of mind on personalized items.
If an issue is caused by production or shipping, we will replace or refund promptly.
Requests made after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
